The Strength Movement is a strength based training facility that focuses on muscular endurance to help build the foundations for functional fitness and physical capacity.

We distinguish ourselves by being the only gym in this area that offers personal training attention in our group classes - this allows us to hone into your fitness goals and capacity so that you can get the results that you want.



Our mission is to provide individuals with the foundations, resources and tools to be able to live their best quality of life. We recognize that each person who walks through our doors has a different starting point, different goal and different way of making progress. Therefore we make sure to design and modify programs based on your needs.

Need to be pushed harder? We’ll ramp things up for you. Feeling off and need to take it slow? We’ll make sure you switch things up, but still make sure you’re getting the benefits of your workout.

Our programs efficiently combine the most effective training methods of weightlifting, powerlifting, high intensity cardio and athletic training to deliver you a series of exercises that will help improve your day-to-day capacity in life or sport.



The Strength Movement is led by an amazing coaching staff who embody our ideals, belief and missions. Our coaches will welcome you with lots of encouragement and knowledge to help you have a great and safe experience. They will be with you every step of the way, committed to making sure you are being pushed to your limits.

Our facility is the only one of its kind where you will experience one-on-one training even in a small group class setting. Our coaches are also available beyond the gym floor to help with your other fitness and exercise needs, concerns or issues that way we can ensure you are always getting the best experience every time you walk through our doors.
